Jordan RWhile the location and staff are excellent, the U-Haul policy of mandatory using the u-haul iPhone app is a joke. To many companies want to track and spam you with worthless info and ads. I will NEVER use this. Your policy of charging a $20 return fee if I do not use the app to check in on my return is ludicrous.
JERRY SIt took a little longer checking in because the system was not cooperating. Everything had to be entered again from the online request, That is not the fault of the staff member.
