Luckily this facility was available for us to drop off the equipment after hours however the parking area was small and not very clear on where to drop off
Kevin WThe vehicle coughed and sputtered, as if it were out of gas, as I drove out of the rental agency's parking lot. It was. I returned it, hoping for help with a reasonable solution. The answer was that they have problems with their gas being stolen. I was told that all vehicles had empty tanks. It was mid-afternoon (2:45). He said he could not help any further, as he closed at 3:00 pm. He told me to get to a gas station. I did, barely. He did reduce the fee by $30. However, it is the last time I will rent a U-Haul from this location.
Michael REngine light was constantly on or blinking the entire time. I worried the whole time if it would breakdown before I returned it. I was surprised and very disappointed with this rental. It was the worst U-Haul truck I’ve ever rented.
