I had a very positive experience. I would recommend starting with a full tank of gas. This makes it easier to keep track of how much gas to refill. It also allows renters to begin driving with less concern that the truck may run out of gas at some point. The first thing I did was to estimate how much gas I would need and to add fuel to the tank so I wouldn't have to do that during the day - potentially with a loaded vehicle. With that said, I had a very pleasant and efficient experience. Thank you.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkReserving the vehicle was done on line and then a rep called the day before to retake information that was already provided and then the same information was needed again at the counter to pick up the keys. The process should not need this much redundancy. But overall, everything else has always been soomth as this is the main location I like renting from.

David JOnline app verification review with uhaul agent took 20 minutes to complete. Very frustrating to sit around that long when people are waiting for the truck to help you move. Other than that truck was good. Pickup facility and staff were great.
Brandon LCustomer service experience was great but we did our first load and the back door got stuck and we could not get it back down and had to drive the truck with it open back to the location. When I tried to get road side assistance, it asked me to pay $300.
