I was not happy with the rental pickup my quote that I received doubled when i went to pick up the truck. I ended up having to pay over double what was quoted. I would like a call to explain why this happened. the customer service rep was very unprofessional and could not explain this to me either.

Chris WI want to make sure that you understand that I am not a complainer and I speak quite literally that I provide this rating because so many things were wrong with the experience. First off, the U-haul location that I visited was A gas station. This is OK, except they do not understand trailers in the least. Person who needed to hook it up didn't even understand how to do it. Also, he did not speak English. They also put insurance on my order, which I did not ask for, and I'm currently fighting to get that money back period last, because these vehicles weren't well maintained, I had a blowout on the highway. That was very dangerous and led to a long delay. This was a horrible experience.

You made me go to East TinCup....because apparently no trucks were available at the place we drove by to go to this place....which had a full lot of trucks all sizes. So you screwed me on that. I was told I would have a dolly...no dolly. Told we would have a ramp...no ramp on a 10' truck.....I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
James RI have been using Uhaul for ten years, their check in process has always been painfully slow. This location was at a convenience store. The clerk who was very polite and helpful, had to stop every 30 seconds to ring up other customers for their purchases. It was no fault of this young man. But I would not use this location for future rentals.
