Guillermo WTruck was extremely dirty when I got it on Friday. Hadn’t been cleaned in many uses. Was told that U-Haul kept their stuff neat and clean but that was far from the truth.
Aaron LI was told we wouldn't be charged for mileage unless we went over 100/day when I called in to extend the rental on 5/29. We had the van from 5/28-6/2. Our total miles used was 246.7. I called in to dispute the mileage charge on 6/2 and was again told it would be taken care of. Called again on 6/5 and was transferred to 5 different people with 5 different stories. Steven point blank stated on 6/5 he would not take the charge off. Perhaps if I had been able to reach him on 5/29, we could have extended the rental in person, and everything would have been clear. But you have to call a number to reach him as he is never at the location. Not satisfied with the way this was handled by UHAUL.
