The road is a gravel road, and it is confusing to figure out how to turn in the UHaul rental. I had to go inside and ask the employee for help, and there's no obvious drop off lockbox, it's inside the business. If you come here outside of business hours there is no place to put the vehicle keys safely or securely.

The check-in process was a little strange with no one coming out to view the trailer at the time of drop-off. The instructions weren't clear from U-Haul about checking the trailer in on line, so I had to contact U-Haul to be sure that everything was ok. Just not good clear directions on the process.
Richard THad to wait 1 1/2 hours for check out. No key available. Over charged by U-Haul on mileage. Only had 16 miles but charged for 25. I would rather deal with someone in person. Spotty wi-fi in this area.
