On the app, the button Get ready (or something like that) should be available at least 15 to 30 min before the hour requested. When it says lock #1 and there is only a lock #2, either correct your app or on site! A packlock that works and that you don't have to get angry at it and shake it very hard to get it open. And more importantly, a truck that doesn't have +240K miles with a broken manual brake.

mathieu fThe drop off was I think a garage (it was after hours so self drop off). There were ~400 cars at this location and some UHauls - it was difficult to park. I can't commend on people as it was self drop off.
