It was so easy to go in person and rent a truck. Much more accommodating than trying to navigate a website. They were able to make instant adjustments and give me a solution face to face. Vehicle was clean and easy to drive. Employees were friendly and efficient.

Brandon JOnline and App reservations was inaccurate. Scheduled pick up was 8 am. Unfortunately I was unable to pick up on time. I had to wait until 9 am. Unfortunately I had three waiting workers waste an hour. The store maid up for the crappy customer service from corporate.
ROBERT MThe app sucks. I can’t login which made managing my rental hard. Also, minor inconvenience, the interface allowed me to rent starting at 9am Sunday but the location didn’t open until 10am so I ended up waiting an hour. The blame is all on the app, not the location.
