The drop off location isn’t very clear. The parking lot is a walk more or Han right next to it. Perhaps more visual signs would be helpful. My biggest complaint is being charged a cleaning fee when I made sure to clean it out, swept the back portion. When wiping down the inside cabin I did notice someone else’s chec mix or cereal but instead of complaining I cleaned it out and wiped down everything with windex and a clean rag. I would suggest that next time your employees have you sign off on how the inside is received because Now I may have been charged for someone else’s lack of cleaning. I would certainly hate if the 3rd party renters are trying to collect more fees fraudulently. So over all just like we are to report and sign off on any damage before and after Inside cabin and cleanliness should be included. These days every extra dollar spent is hard to come by.

Corey OI went over my mileage estimate, but also put more gas in the truck than when I got it. I asked if we could work out the difference and they said U-Haul wouldn’t allow that. The location was great, U-Haul could be more accommodating.
