Had a dolly ordered ( 3 weeks) in advance, but none were available when picking up the unit. Also, ordered trailer (3 weeks earlier) from one location, but the day before pick up, I was told I had to go to another location ( Velp ave) to pick it up. Seems like enough time to have trailer & dolly ready at location of order, otherwise a week heads up would have been nice.

Anthony NMake sure the people handing you the keys tells you there will be a text message with a check out survey to complete. I missed the text when the 4 emails came through.
Peggy TFriendly, efficient, flexible staff. Nice equipment but limited assortment
Michael CTrailer was not inspected before my rental. I know this because I asked rental agent if the box was clean and she replied, “no idea, the trailer just came in”.. Also the running lights on the left side of the trailer were not working and I didn’t notice it until I switched lights on in dark UP. The trailer was completely dark on drivers side. When I checked out the trailer, the rental agent only checked brake lights and turn signals.
