Location was extremely sketchy and if my girlfriend had gone to pick the truck up by herself, she would have been very uncomfortable.

The trailer was clean. There was one tire that all the lug nuts were off of it and laying next to the tire. The others were a little loose. The place was not open when we had scheduled to pick up due to an employee not showing up for work. We called the number and the manager came right away.

DONDI WThe location is a smoke shop that smelled strongly of weed. The person at the window didn't even handle the rental. I had to speak through the person's phone to a 3rd party. At one point, the person got agitated because something happened and he had to start over. I completed the pre-arrival checklist and provided all my information, but the attendant kept asking for it again. The trailer had a lot of mud and a dirty rag in it.
