Pleasant experience
Keesha MThere is no signage directing the dropoff for trucks. I pulled the truck in beside some small UHaul trailers in a grassy area. I put my key in a drop box in the morning and my email paperwork said the truck was dropped off that afternoon.
Cindy MEverything was fine, I just wouldn’t recommend having U-Haul service at a gas station. It just breaks the flow of service for the customers that are there to get products from the gas station. I also did not have my 1/2 dozen furniture pads that i ordered.
Raekwon DThe app interface was functionally unusable. While attempting to submit photos for online check in. The app would constantly clear any comments and photos I submitted. I was then unable to finish online check in, as I was unable to mark that I had not received furniture pads without a photo. I was able to speak with the representative who was super helpful, but I feel the app needs a little bit of work. I think the UI and overall app function is good, but there are some bugs to be addressed.
