While this pick-up location was excellent, a change from my original pickup location caused me some trouble. Although U-Haul contacted me about the new pickup location, I did not see the new information due to the fact I was traveling, so I went to the original location only to learn that the pickup location had been changed. As I indicated earlier, the new pick-up location was great and not too far away from the original, so it didn't impose a real hardship on me. However, I recommend you not change the pickup location unless necessary.

Ensure the tank is actually full before telling the next customer to fill it back up when they are done. I believe the customer before me just filled it to show full but didn’t actually fill it up completely and i ended up paying for gas i didn’t use not knowing this. I drove 22 miles from the supposedly full tank and put 7.6 gallons in when i was done. $23 of gas for 22 miles. Gas would have to be $10.50 a gallon for that to make since.
