This is the second time in a row in the last month I have had an issue with renting. This time the attendant had no idea about the rental or how to do it & wouldn't release the truck. We had to go back again with u-haul company on the phone to get the truck that had been secured via the online app. The manager was on vacation & the woman had no idea what was going on & couldn't communicate with us & she stopped answering the phone. The other time the truck in WH was not available & no substitution offered or call made to tell us> not great experiences either . Very frustrating & inconvenient

PHYLLIS WThe initial truck was not in working order. It was leaking oil. We put oil in which leaked out almost immediately. We returned that truck, then given a 2nd truck. We lost substantial time for 3 men, which cost me money.
