the trailer had super old worn and crazed tires - i pointed that out to the technician - on my one-way to san diego i had a severe blow-out and had to leave the freeway. on inspection one tire was schredded, one tire was balding on the outside and one tire was showing tear marks. after waiting an hour mobile service tech replaced ALL 4 tires. shame on u-haul ! then i tipped the technician more than the $25 credit that u-haul gave me - double shame on u-haul.

kris hThe guys were helpful. I will say the one thing you need more people at that store. That’s ridiculous that you only got a couple few to run the store build the furniture. I don’t think that’s too smart. I think you’re using humans that are worth more than what you pay in them. You have bad company for abusing your workers like you do for the money you make.
