We have rented a uhaul 4 times in the last month. Every time we had to go to a different location or given a different size truck than what we needed. Not impressed.

The app is not functional. I had to go through the return process three times, and each time the app failed. I tried calling customer service but could not reach a representative within a reasonable amount of time. I tried opening a live chat and nobody helped me. Finally, I had to log into my account on a friend‘s phone and go through the return process there. The process was also lagging on his phone and took multiple attempts.
