Avoid this location at all costs. I rented a pickup truck specifically to tow a trailer for an event, but the truck came with a locked hitch from a previous customer. U-Haul did not have the key to remove it and had no replacement trucks available. This massive oversight left me stranded and forced me to hire a professional welder out of pocket to cut the steel hitch and lock off just so I could use the truck. This ordeal made me hours late to my event. To make matters worse, the manager/owner, Anita, completely ignored the situation and never returned my calls. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
