I scheduled my pick up to be over the phone but intentionally made the pick up for when the pick up location would be open so I could get some assistance from them. However much to my surprise nobody was there when I arrived except an elderly lady who was there to drop off her trailer. She was on the phone with an employee. I didn’t know this lady but I could tell she was very distraught about nobody being there to assist her. Long story short, I had to help her disconnect her trailer so she could leave it. Moving on to my 20 ft truck. Not only was there no one there initially to help me with the app since the app was not working properly. The back cargo area was not clean at all. It appeared as if someone hauled a sandy/gravel material in it and did not sweep it out. Since I had no one there to assist me, I took it home and had to clean the truck myself. The cab was not clean either. I refused to do that too. I’ll never use collective business hub in Heathsville again. A bad experience and unnecessary extra work for me. I feel strongly that I should be discounted and credited back my rental fee. Last note: the lady on the phone told me since I scheduled for mobile that there was no point in coming in that day. Awful!

I dont remember signing up for 24 hour pick up. When I arrived no one was there to assist me. I called the number and they informed me that they did not open till 10am. I said” but I have an appointment to pick up the truck at 9am. They told me that I was set up for a self pick up I had never dont this before and was alarmed. This is not what I had signed up for. It took me a few minutes to figure it all out. I hate doing that stuff on my phone. It was a pain as I had to do all of it myself but I still paid the full amount. No discounts. Anyway I finally drove away about 9:30 after I figured it all out and jumped through all the hoops. Would i do it again now that I understand, Yes but wish I had been warned and assisted my first time doing the self service.
Phillip MFirst location where I reserved the trailer was closed when I arrived to pick up, so I was redirected here. Pick up at the new location when well, the people there were very helpful. Unfortunately, when I returned days later to return at my scheduled time this location was closed. We managed to detach the trailer ourselves, but with some difficulty. Used the app to verify my return. Even this did not work well, as at first I received a message that U HAUL was having problems possessing my request, please try again later. It did work the second time through. Overall not a great experience.

Brian PSince I dropped the trailer off before their working hours, there were no personnel there. Fortunately, there was a very nice customer there who was able to back up the trailer for me and detach it.
