Very fast check in/check out manger handled everything nicely a smoothly for me even tho i was late picking up the truck. It was stil sitting there waiting on me. U-Haul overcharged me so the manger of this site told me to call this 1-800 and because I took pictures of the dash board before I used the truck and a picture of it when I brought it back I got my refund that I deserved …. Thanks so much it was great doing business with you.

JESSICA CThey were closed when we dropped off the trailer, but there was a lot provided and it was easy to position the trailer. There were no personnel on hand to interact with. We have never been able to make the app work for us, so that issue is ongoing. Otherwise, it was all a relatively painless process.
