The gentleman looks surprised as to why we would want to drop off a U-Haul there. He had to call someone, I believe it was his wife, I didn't speak their language so I don't know what they were saying but he clearly wasn't knowledgeable about what to do. I asked for receipt that I dropped off the vehicle and he said you don't get one it's done through email. I have pictures of the vehicle to show that there was no damage etc. I also explained to him that all of my things got wet in the 26 ft u-haul. We drove through some rain in South Carolina and all of my furniture, rugs etc were soaking wet when we unpacked the U-Haul.

Location clean yes, --- Inviting?? WTH; the lot was a bit small.
Michael WThe fees for drop off were insane. I paid 140$ to have it for less than 4 hours. And it was “10 miles over” even though we only drove to the address that was listed. To charge me 200$ to move when moving is so insane already is ridiculous. I’ve never paid this much for uhaul so this was disappointing. Also yall have to figure out the gas situation. Your customers should not have to replace gas for a multimillion dollar company. The greed in this county has got to stop.
bethany aI had forgotten to refill the gas but it wasn't an issue. This Uhaul is in combination with a convenience store. I was able to refill before I turned it in. And, bonus, the gas was priced lower than the other places I passed getting there. Definitely recommend.
Lisa CTruck reserved was unavailable, was given a larger truck than wanted/needed for a cross country trip. The truck was dirty and the check engine light was on. Had to Transload trucks which put me behind schedule with my trip. Second truck was fine.
