I couldn't leave the lock there was no where for me to leave it and the business was closed. Also the truck smelled like weed in the bed. All of our furniture smells like it now. The lock was left on the drop off locations lock box.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPicking up the truck through the app was extremely problematic. It would not accept my pictures inspite of following directions exactly. I attempted the process 3 times. After 30 minutes had been wasted, I called to speak with a representative. Although they were able to help eventually, it took another 30 minutes.
