Initially I would say yes but then the unit would not start while getting gas! Thank God I was at gas station! We had to jump battery. I barely left my driveway, and customer service advised that this truck already had issues
DEBRA MThe location is managed by very helpful representatives. The parking lot was recenly paved which improved the location by 100%.
Kenneth SI can't speak of the facility inside or the staff at this location. I dropped the vehicle off after hours. The app is AWESOME. It made returning the vehicle extremely easy.
Tara JTrailer was rented out to me with the two tires having the belts showing through on the inside of the tires. Both were bad. The drivers side blew out in upstate New York resulting in us waiting 2 hours for service to arrive. My wife has health issues and had a reaction while we were waiting. We had to use a lot of our gas to run the AC while we waited since it was hot. The rental place apparently never checked the tires nor did a walk around with me before I left
