Glenn HIn my opinion, everything was great. I called and inquired about renting a trailer, the guy knew what he had coming available on what days, he was familiar with the different trailers U Haul offered, I reserved a trailer, it was there when I came to pick it up, it was in good condition, he hooked it up to my vehicle, I hauled my golf cart with it, and returned the trailer. He unhooked it from my vehicle and gave me a receipt. Pleasant experience, with no surprises. Exactly what I wanted!!!
Richard RI arrived at the time. I was supposed to pick up the trailer, and there was nobody. There had to wait. And then I had to do it all over the phone. This location, not good. Good thing on mechanically, inclined and know how to hook up a trailer. I had to do it all by myself. And had to figure everything out on my own, very poor customer service.
