Great Customer Service
MARLENNE PThey experience with U-Haul was terrible. I looked online on the U-Haul app, reserved a trailer at a specific location at 2 PM. I showed up at the location and no one was there, I had to go through the phone tree on the phone with two different people to tell me that a reservation doesn’t guarantee a trailer. That is so ridiculous! Please fix your system that when I make a reservation, I can count on picking up the specific unit type at the location I book.
