The rental agent had the truck ready to go when I arrived. Went over the rental process and turning it in after the office had closed. Just a great overall experience that I attribute to the agent working this Friday morning. Thanks

Tyrel POwner is trying to charge me for blankets I never ordered and wasn’t on my original invoice, as well as a 20.00 service fee for “parking in the wrong spot. It’s a main road that is shared with a banquet center and they were taking prom pictures and I wasn’t going to block them. Never again with this place. My goal now is to spread the word of how shady this guy is.
