Terrible experience. Franchisee seemed to be irritated, Gas station customers were more important and he reiterated that more than once such that we were an hour late leaving the location because he wouldn't help us. THEN the equipment was not maintained and the wiring to the brake lights were not working. Tail brake lights missing are DANGEROUS. We got it repaired after going to a Wal Mart and then a second UHaul location.
