Extremely helpful at this Huntsville location. 'Ken' is who I called for some assistance in the return process and he was excellent. He assured me that he'd take care of it, and let me know when it was complete (which he did the same day). He deserves a customer service award if there is such a thing!

Karen RI requested a trailer for my son's move to University. I requested a certain size, location and pick up time. Day before all of these were changed by UHaul. Got a bigger trailer, which some may say is a good thing, but cost more gas and was not needed, made the trip more difficult . Pick up ended being 30 min away, and the time restraint because the new pick up location closed by 12 noon. We had to rearrange vehicles and people who could pick up, we did have other plans for the Saturday. This caused us on the day before much undo stress. Point of renting a trailer was to make the move stressfree. Not in this case.
