Just took my keys and said go ahead without ever looking at vehicle, which i had cleaned thoroughly. Told me i would get an email receipt, which i never got and ended up calling to customer service to ensure the unit was indeed returned correctly so I would not get late charge, etc. Overall drop off was maybe a bit too easy, but not difficult at all.

Aaron LBrad's customer service was excellent. Process was quick and easy. We will be back next in the spring.
Jennifer SThe app wouldn't allow me to upload pictures of the vehicle, so I had to call for support. The return process could be simpler too.
