The truck keys were not in the pickup box as they should have been. This caused a delay and had to make 2 trips to pick up the truck. The truck then leaked water when it rained which caused damage to products I was hauling. This truck ran ok but was not good for a 200 mile each way drive. The amount of miles was specified at the reservation time 90 days before the rental date. The rental location is defiantly in decline, it was better for previous rentals (I rent this every September). I suggest that Uhaul have the head lights upgraded from the sealed beams (used in 1980's), it is like using a flashlight to drive with. Maybe get a truck that isn't 15yrs old? Also, at a minimum the windshield should be cleaned (it never is) before each rental. The leak in the box should have been noticed and repaired, it is damage from a previous renter. I will not rent from Uhaul again. The company seems to have no pride. I'm done!
