I called for the extra mileage cost and was lied to. They told me .62 cent a mile no added taxes but charged me 1 dollar plus taxes. Either the employee was a total liar or did not know his job. Other moving company charge .25 cent an extra mileage. Piss poor appreciation for our business.

Sebastien lTook over 2 hours to finish the paperwork to get the equipment. They couldn’t find the online reservation, ended up creating a whole new one for about double the price and told us to have to call headquarters to get it solved. Then once it was done, the trailer was parked on a lawn and was very difficult to hook up when having to drive over a curb to get it. The truck also had below 1:8 of a tank of gas, and the paperwork stated 1/4. Overall started our 9 hour drive 3 hours behind schedule due to all of these issues.
Chantelle VKeep better track of your inventory. I was approached by police saying I had a trailer that was reported stolen not a good feeling. I placed a call sunday and was told a manager would return my call Monday guess what no call. I think service is slipping. I never had any troubles when renting in Timmins.
