location is at a convenience store. clerk doesnt help to hook equipment to my car. the i had to unkook the equipment when i brought it back. if my wife would have gone there by herself ig would have been horrible.

Drop off location grounds were clean and tidy; the employee at the Shell station came out and greeted us. The drop off itself was very easy. Location is in a sketchy part of town with a variety of homeless in the area. No fault of the gas station, just something to be aware of. Would not drop off alone ;)
Bonnie BGas station not clean / well maintained. But the drop off was smooth in the app
Scott VVery easy return. Phone number is a cell phone that the Manager does not answer. I had to call U-Haul Customer Service to get information about returning the trailer.
