It was a run down service station with broken down and appeared to junk cars all over the place. It was closed when I dropped off the truck. From the window the inside looked like a dump. Piles of U-Haul blankets fallen over. The place was a dump. If it wasn’t for the U-Haul trucks and trailer parked around the place and the U-Haul key/contract drop box bolted only a pole, I would have left the rental. I took pictures it looked so bad.

WILLIAM RI was waiting for 30 minutes and he was on the phone talking with other customers even though he started working on my dispatch. System was down for almost 45 minutes then I contacted centralized number and they can assist me fixing the dispatch and I was able to get the truck.
