The equipment (truck) was fine. The customer service was horrible. The individual who I spoke with was rude both times I had to deal with him. He had us wait at the counter, while he did nothing. It seemed as though the U-Haul portion of the business was an inconvenience. I would not send anyone to this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey charged me $50 for fuel when only drove the van 12 miles. I put 2 gallons back in the van before returning it. I picked the truck up with 1/2 a tank of fuel and returned it with a touch more than half a tank. I called and they said tough luck.
Mark SThis was a last minute reservation because the location I originally chose didn’t have the truck available even though I had a co formed reservation. The Thriftway location was extremely helpful and understanding. Very happy with the service there.
Sharon CA U-Haul sign telling to go to customer service would be helpful
