I was told by a phone agent that they would help me load the car onto the trailer since I’ve never towed a car before. The person behind the counter says they don’t do that nor talked me through it. I figured it out on strapping it down. I didn’t know you could leave my type of car in park while being towed. I kept it in neutral which ran my battery down and had to get it jumped before I could unload the car. Basic info would be helpful instead of running away.

Have a better network for the person who is handling the rental. Computer was slow, took a lot longer than expected to get completed. Our truck was clean but had various issues, windshield had a crack, dent on the side, tires looked a little worn. Would have probably asked for a different truck but we were already behind schedule. When my wife logged on to take pictures of any damages the website was not responding well.
