I was extremely pleased with my recent experience renting a U-Haul trailer from the Roxbury location. The staff was very friendly and professional. The suggestions made by the staff were instrumental in renting the correct trailer based on the heavy items I needed to transport. The reservation process was easy and included a guarantee that the U-Haul vehicle would be available for the day I needed it. In my opinion the staff went above and beyond by attaching the trailer to my vehicle and then removing it when I returned. This is the place to go if/when you are planning to rent from U-Haul. I will definitely be renting, again, in the near future, to pick up the equipment I originally transported.
