The trailer had mud and gunk stuck to the bottom when we first picked it up. We tried to clean it in order to protect our household items but the gunk would not come off so we put down cardboard. We told David the store owner about the issue and called uhaul. There were not any other locations in our time frame with the same equipment. David advised us to call uhual for a refund/discount due to the condition of the trailer, which we plan to do on Monday.
