The above evaluation was for Kilgore Muffler location. When I reserved trailer I was sent to Super C West because the other location would be closed, but when I arrived to get trailer I was told they didn’t have any trailers and hasn’t had any for over a week. (I booked my reservation over a week before I knew I would need it) I was sent over to other location that was closed and only after calling customer service was helped and a trailer found where I had to drive to the next town away to get a trailer. If I would have known I need to go to the next town to reserve a trailer I would have planned for that. The gentleman over at Kilgore muffler were great and made sure I was in and out and answered all questions I had I will be using there location next time I need to book something. I would just like someone to look in to the Super C West location and found out who dropped the ball as it cost me a extra time and fuel with there unprofessional order especially since my reservation was booked 8/7/26 and pickup was 8/15/26 (over a week)

The 6x12 trailer was not clean it was full of blankets and the equipment that requested was not available and I was still charged for it.
Germane WI will just copy and paste my recent Facebook post: I have spent nearly two hours each at two separate uhaul pickup locations in our area on each over the last two days just trying to pick up a moving truck for two separate friends who i was helping pack and move two full households in two days. We will just ignore the fact that I am clearly imbalanced to do such a thing, and I doubt you know anyone else who has ever even thought about subjecting themselves to such commercial grade torture. I think it officially means I am the undisputed best friend in the entire universe. Anyways, Uhaul now has the worst app and customer experience I have ever had to endure. Between poor cell service and an app that freezes up, glitches, kicks you out of and some "approval review" process that took over 30 minutes just watching the little spinning wheel, only to finally stall out and crash. Then there was the 20 minute wait calling customer service. Uhaul has used this app to go to a no service self-checkout model that fails at every level. The whole point of these apps and the self- checkout concept is to cut down on staffing costs for uhaul and supposedly to provide customers with a faster and more enjoyable experience. Their app does neither. I put in a call demanding a refund for all the time wasted and frustration of using such an awfully executed app and process. I'm waiting on the callback for the area manager. Without a refund, I have driven my last uhaul for sure. I'll be using budget or hertz, which is always more expensive. But still have actual consultants at the counterv to do their jobs so you don't have to.
