Dropped off on Saturday evening. I checked in through the app. This time I was better prepared. Took the picks as asked and followed instructions. This one went much smoother because I was aware. Saw no staff so that is why I listed as the personnel was not helpful. Also the location was as clean as I would expect a service station/ shop to be but I have seen UHaul dealers much nicer.

NANCY SI reserved a 20' truck to ensure my move was doable on 1 trip because I flew down to North Carolina from Michigan to move my son. I got to the location and there was no truck? The 20' truck was rented and extended as I was told. I was standing at the counter with not many options. I took a smaller truck and had to pay the storage to throw out a bed and a few dressers that did not fit in the smaller truck. I will have to repurchase furniture to ensure my son is set up. I had a reservation for a reason, I would expect the equipment be moved around the region to ensure success? Very disappointed! I also reserved 12 pads, the location has 3. I would like to talk to a representative live if possible.
