Since this was an automotive repair shop, there were lots of vehicles parked around in an organized fashion. They had plenty of room to navigate a trailer through their lots to drop it off, as I had to circle once to find a spot to park the trailer due to size limitations and availability of open spots. I ended up parking it in the overflow lot due to this fact, but it was easy to do.

Damage to the driver's side of the truck, documented in pictures though they had replaced a tire on the tow dolly that was flat according to them.
