More friendlier service i felt like i was an inconvenience coming into the store to rent the truck. And the truck smelled bad and had trash from the previous users in the door panels.

The manager of the location is very helpful and polite. Made everything smoother for me since I am a senior. Everything is just fine. I have rented your trucks a lot. Thank you for having them so near and available.
Rebecca OFirst- when I received my receipt (when I returned home with the Uhaul) because their internet was down. I saw that they had put that we received 2 Dolly’s when we received 1! I tried calling the location and could only get the AI voice thing but never a human! So I called the regional dispatch number on my emails, and told them. A regional manager was supposed to contact me within 48 hours, that was 12:45pm 7/29 & it’s now 1:21pm 7/31 with no call! When we returned it, we told the man at the facility and he stated he’d fix it, NOT fixed!
