Joseph DI was scammed; I was charged for miles I didn't use. I received the vehicle with 10,060.7 miles on it, but they listed a much lower figure in the paperwork. However, I have a photo of the reading from when I picked it up, and I need my money back.
GARRY GI rented a 20' truck & hand truck. After I went home, I realized I didn't have the item in the truck. I called office to no avail. I had to go back to the office and asked him for the missing item. It was THEN when employee told me he didn't have a hand truck BUT that I was not charged. I asked why he didn't informed me BEFORE I left the office and that he should've told me and he just shrugged his shoulders like "oh well". I wasted miles going back and forth to the office and had to rent a hand truck at Home Depot THANKS to this "don't care attitude" employee. Shame.
