This location gave me a truck with multiple lights on. We traveled over 1600 miles with the check engine light on and both of the rear tires had a leak in the tires. After we brought up the concerns of the light the lady dismissed the two light say they were fine.

Truck pick up was completely messed up. Caused me to have to go back and forth to actually get the truck. Finally got the truck. It was dirty inside and back was not clean. I told the guy I would clean since I already wasted my time to go and come from the place to get the truck. At this point I already lost 2 hrs of load time. Owner of pickup location canceled my original reservation and created a new one without the discounts that U-Haul had originally offered me due to the mixup with picking up truck. The next day owner sent threatening text messages to my phone since I contacted U-Haul and had my discounts reapplied. He also stated he had access to my credit card and would go back in and charge my card extra. Then after that he continued to send threatening text messages to my phone after contacting U-Haul about his actions. This place is not recommended and I would not deal with this location. This place needs to be removed from U-Haul.
