This wouldn’t let me enter mileage the truck showed the tire pressure monitor system had problems. Not knowing if I was going to break down was frustrating. I was on the phone with U-Haul rep for quite sometime and it was very hot. If equipment was maintained properly this situation coils have been avoided. I’ve been charged 2 times and I’m not even sure why. I put some gas in before I returned it. My trip was minimal for a sectional sofa. My trip was at the beginning of July and I’m still getting charges?

Location check out procedure was quick and efficient. They promptly hooked up the trailer and loaned a 4 way connector. The inside of the trailer had substantial residual chemicals from the previous renter. We lost one day of use and project delays due to having to mitigate the VOC contamination. Our products would have been contaminated and unfit for installation without the clean out.
