Overcharged and tried to make me pay twice for rental I returned before my actual time and never got my refund or the extra 5 dollars I paid cause they said they didn't have change but would when I returned the tow dolly but when I returned it they was closed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNice employee
phyllis pThe signing in mobile was a nightmare. We chose that way because we had done it many times before with nothing but success. So many things could improve even calling in for help took way to long and Ericka was no help for she was so ready to be off the phone.
Johnny BFirst the lady called me the day before and told me that mobile pick up wasn't an option. Turns out it was definitely an option because NOBODY was at the building like she told me there would be. Probably won't choose this one again
HENRY WOrdered a 20 ft truck with 3 dolly’s a hand truck and moving blankets. No one on site took a good 20 minutes to figure out pick up instructions. Truck was almost on empty. When I got home and realized none of the equipment I rented was there the associate told me” well you could go buy some” . Poor service poor location would not recommend unless they are the only location in Lagrange with your desired moving truck size lol
