Lyle FJared was awesome. Male adult at the desk was horrible. He was very rude and acted like we were not allowed there. When I was asking him about different options, he was rude, was a smart ass and made my GF and I very uncomfortable. When I was asking about the sizes of a trailer to rent, he placed a measuring tape on the counter and said,”Go measure it.” Then Jared walk in and took over the transaction. It seemed like Jared knew to interject. Very poor experience.
