Easy pick up, easy drop off. Great rate
Ryan BThere was an office, but no one there. There was a phone number, but no one answered..not even a voice mail or way to leave a message. There were no signs with self service instructions. I had to call another local uhaul to ask what to do. They informed me that this location was a self drop off location and to disconnect my trailer myself, so I did. I was there during business hours. I recommend at least some posted instructions at this location.
paul pI picked the truck up after hours. The lock to get the truck key didn't work well, and it wasn't operator error. I spend thirty minutes with a Uhaul representative before being able to get the lock opened. The truck was in so-so condition and needed new tires.
DAVID DThey did not provide any documentation fuel level when we picked it up it was a little over half full. When I got to the drop off location I returned with the same amount. But was charged $60+ dollars for fuel felt like this was a scam for the centers to make additional money off their customers will use Ryder for all future rentals.
