Second time here. First time van smelled like smoke and I asked to change vans which they did but made it feel like it was very inconvenient. This previous one I asked to use a different card for final payment but it was too much hustle to switch things around. This place rents uhauls but seems the employees hate dealing with it. I’ll probably go with somewhere else next time.
