Pickup was great. Very friendly and helpful staff all the way around calls and in person. There was plenty of closer drop off locations for drop off that said full but looked like they had room which sucked but customer service was extremely helpful after hours and thats why I’d say 5 stars. I’ve never had equipment issues and overall the job got done.Transferred my Harley a few hours away. Traded for a Boat, left the trailer at a drop off 20 min away from that location I was at picked up my boat and got my family on the lake at home as I live lakefront 😎 Thanks !! U-Haul is always my go 2 and staff has always been Good to me 100% of the time 👊🏼

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had filled out everything online with a credit card. when I got there the person behind the counter asked me for my credit card, so I gave it to him and he handed me a receipt to sign. But at the end when I looked at it HE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $25.00!!! He did not ask or say anything to me about the extra charge. and if I find out my card from online was also charged I am going to be PISSED!!
