Chuck LWhen we reserved the trailer, we specifically told them that we needed a 2-inch ball as ours was 2 1/8-inch ball. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they did not have a 2-inch ball. The UHaul gentleman gave us one from his truck. We dropped the trailer off a day early and did not receive a refund for the extra day we paid for.
Linda MI was surprised to see a $20 charge for "after hours" drop off. Why? Also, the slot to drop the key in when you drop off after hours is not wide enough for the key fob to actually fit through. I left it in one of the open boxes with combination. The truck was very nice
