my bill was wrong you charged me for charges I did not use. $10 furniture pads and $7 for a dolly that was not in the truck nor requested! 2nd notification and you still charged me!!!
Donna WNothing comes to mind regarding improving for the next customer. I chose to pick up my rental at counter and was beyond impressed with the level of customer service. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. This was a big help as we are moving to new apartment and the rental experience was totally stress free.
