Blankets and dolly not provided as ordered and PAID for with NO NOTICE also changed size of truck to bigger and pickup was 30 miles away...not as good of service as expected.PLUS ordered mover help at both ends. Pickup in the morning and Move-in in the afternoon. Planned an all in one day move and Uhaul took the order. Charged us and then moved our move-in to the next day again with NO NOTICE! Had to pay for an extra day and change our schedule with no way to cancel and then movers 3 hours late!! The whole process needed better communication and Uhaul do not take orders you cannot provide!!
